Each participant will receive a Registration Number by email after completing a registration via the Online Registration Form. The preferred method of payment is by online card payment. As for payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment only after receiving your registration number. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the registration number and participant’s name included in the payment details.

Registration for Sponsors & Exhibitors
Group registrations can be processed online under one email
address identification; you will be able to add each participant under the same
invoice at the end of the registration.
When registering more than ten persons under one company
identity/invoice, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the preferred invoicing settings and inclusions.
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card
The preferred method of payment is via our secure online payment gateway for credit and debit card payments. In case of a rejected on-line credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log in to their registration and try to process the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persist, the participant is advised to contact the credit card issuer/bank first and check if the online transactions are not disabled on his credit card. Afterwards, the amendment of the registration can be processed again.

To ensure your registration is valid, please make sure that the payment is free of all bank charges and the participant’s name and Registration Number are clearly stated in the bank transfer. Payments received without such details (name, Registration Number) cannot be identified.
Payment by bank transfer is available until 31 August 2020. After this date, all payments can only be done by credit/debit card.

Registration fees are collected on behalf of PTCOG by CZECH-IN s.r.o., 5. května 65, CZ-14021 Prague 4, Czech Republic.
In the event that your registration and payment confirmations are not enough, a final invoice will be provided to the participants only upon request. The Secretariat will not send this document automatically. Please contact us to ask for your final invoice if required.
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided during registration (step Contact/Invoice details). Any changes of these details (address, VAT number etc.) are only possible within 3 days from the date of registration and is subject to the 20 Euro fee.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation of Registration
- Up to the end of 12 September 2020 a 50 Euro cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds
- From 13 September 2020 – no refunds are available
General Cancellation Conditions
- All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email or fax) to the PTCOG 2020 Online Secretariat and cannot be done online or over the phone
- Requests for refunds made after 12 September 2020 will not be considered
- It is possible to change the name/contact of the registered participant for a fee of 20 Euro
Cancellation or Modification of the Online Meeting due to Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure situation, CZECH-IN S.R.O. reserves the right to alter or cancel the conference without prior notice, including any change of date and time of the conference. Any occurrence of a force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of CZECH-IN S.R.O., which prevents or impedes the realization of the conference. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague or other epidemic such as SARS or COVID-19 outbreaks, bird flu, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. CZECH-IN S.R.O. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the conference. Unless provided otherwise by the applicable mandatory laws, the registration fees will be reimbursed in accordance with the PTCOG 2020 Online cancellation policy
